Once design is finalised and approvals are in place, factory construction and installation typically occur over a concise, scheduled program—reducing onsite time and letting you move in sooner. Generally it takes half the time of a traditional build.
Can I customise the floor plans?
Yes. Each design is a starting point. You can adjust layouts, facades and finishes to suit your site, operations and orientation. Our team guides you through practical changes that maintain efficiency while delivering a space that feels uniquely yours.
Are modular buildings durable?
Absolutely. Our modules are engineered for transport and installation, which means robust frames, quality materials and strict quality control. The finished building meets all relevant Australian Standards and the National Construction Code for longterm performance.
Do modular homes meet council approvals?
Yes. We can manage the approvals pathway, including planning (where required) and building permits across Victoria, New South Wales and South Australia. Your project is documented and certified to meet local requirements and the National Construction Code for a compliant, lowstress build.
